Events Manager

As our Events Manager you will provide expertise in all aspects of your proficiency. We are looking for someone passionate within the events space, who is looking to come take ownership of our worldwide strategy, whilst also implementing the companies needs at trade shows across the globe. You will communicate with employees, and stakeholders to ensure, as we come out of stealth, our company’s technologies are discovered.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts; you must also be an excellent communicator able to speak to all involved parties at different levels of the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and promotions of internal and third party events
• Creating and executing a memorable look and feel for events that convey a strong brand
• Create event best practices, templates, and assets for regional marketeers and other teams
• Working with partners and influencers on co-marketing events to drive lead generation
• Host community building events with our customers
• Identify venues, trade shows, etc to incorporate into our event plans
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure we can achieve results

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Minimum of 4 years B2B event management within technology or hospitality
• Proven track record managing multiple events at a time
• Experience managing events internationally (desirable)
• 2+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
• Fluent in English – additional languages are highly valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for e-commerce / insurance / claims / financial services
• Available to travel up to 40% of the time

Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for an ambitious Social Media Coordinator to come and join our team and make the role their own. You have to be a self motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator, who wants to make a difference across multiple platforms, in different countries, with a desire to help Pact and our clients get their information out there. You need to be strong on organisation, managing the content diaries, programs, social media and content asset creation, administration and publishing/posting, and quick to learn new technology and social management platforms.

The purpose of this role is to help coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of large and fast moving international social media and other digital campaigns which provoke engagement – from development of briefs through to content delivery and production, across multiple social media channels to a B2B audience.

You’ll be required to assist with the creation, scheduling, and deployment of social media and other digital campaigns, working closely with colleagues in other departments, to draw on internal creative and technical resources ensuring the content and stories we create make the most of our clients brand and their guidelines, the agreed strategy, and of course work within the Financial Conduct Authority regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing and administering the program on a day-to-day basis, working across multiple Social Media Management platforms and tools.
• Your role will be to support the Sales and Events Team, to brief media and our creative talent.
• Liaising with, and acting as the link between, our clients and any agency teams by maintaining regular and proactive contact, ensuring communication flows effectively.
• Managing and informing clients and agency team members about the details of digital marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with your internal network and the customer to obtain a thorough understanding of the customer’s technology needs or offerings, and design a solution to meet them.
• Understand and act as a valued resource early and often throughout customer decision-making processes.
• Deliver value pitches to business users at multiple levels as well as leading deep dive technical discussions with IT.
